meats are butchered to order. We buy all ingredients locally. I do
the shopping myself, to select the best cuts of meat, fish, best
vegetables, fruits and cheeses. I'll go to three or four places to
find the prefect raspberries, year round!!!
I
enjoy accommodating people with diet restrictions. No sodium, no
sugar, no dairy, no starch, gluten free, vegetarian, etc... makes it
interesting. Each meal is "important" to me. Each steak has
to be "the best you ever had". I want to bring back the
real dining out experience, make a night of it... Varick Street
offers a variety of bars and pubs, live entertainment, music and
atmospheres.
I
opened this restaurant, because I enjoy entertaining people. I want
to make it feel like if I had invited you to my house !!!
